1. About OmniPicks

OmniPicks is an online store operating in Pakistan. We offer carefully selected products sourced from China and deliver orders to customers across Pakistan.

2. Products and product information

We aim to display product descriptions, prices and images accurately. However, colours, packaging, dimensions and product details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information, pricing or availability and to cancel or refuse an order affected by an error.

3. Prices and Cash on Delivery

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You must pay the courier when your order is delivered.

Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,999. Orders below Rs. 2,999 carry a delivery fee of Rs. 250. Remote areas may have an additional courier charge; we will inform you before dispatch.

4. Order confirmation and delivery

An order is not final until it is confirmed by OmniPicks. We may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm order details. Delivery usually takes 4 days to 1 week after confirmation, subject to courier operations and location.

Tracking details are sent through WhatsApp when available. Please provide an accurate delivery address and reachable contact number.

5. Order changes and cancellation

You may request to cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

6. Returns, refunds and replacements

Our return and replacement terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, unused items in their original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 7 days. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Damaged or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement after clear photo or unboxing-video proof is sent within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering, to inspect your order at delivery where reasonably possible, and to use our website lawfully. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access information that does not belong to you.

8. Intellectual property

The OmniPicks name, logo, website design, text and other website content are owned by or used with permission by OmniPicks. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OmniPicks is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
